I have only experience this company by an online purchase of coffee. I understand that to get the best from the coffee bean you'd be having it within 10 days of roasting however I placed my order and I think the delivery finally came after about 13 days. I did email in to ask about the order but I had no response at all. I have to wait now to try the coffee as i have another on the go but if this had arrived within even 6 days it'd be better. Poor customer service and very slow delivery is why this is a two. i won't look to use them again.

I initially had an issue with my order not being received although this was dealt with after making contact and I thoroughly enjoyed the coffee when it finally arrived. I will be ordering again in the new year!

Popped in when walking by. The service was friendly and the drinks good value. Hot chocolate was nice and the triple espresso was good quality with a good crema. The cost was reasonable too only £6 for both with cream on the hot chocolate. Counter, seating and toilets were all very clean the only real down side was the lack of music. It is a shame to not see it busier on a Saturday afternoon.

A good little local business set in a sleepy village, so probably not frequented by many outsiders. The owner is very friendly and although the menu is quite limited, he offered us items from the fridge which were not on the menu. This business is worthy of support from the local community and is a pleasant and relaxed place to spend an hour.

Drinks were brilliant. Service was average but mainly due to the mum and daughter relationship spilling into the service arena and not being the most conducive to my experience. But drinks are good quality.

A cosy little coffee shop, off the beaten track but well worth the detour. Lovely vibe and friendly staff. Also sell their own roasted coffee beans ground or whole. Plus delicious cakes, pastries and snacks.

Excellent coffee & selection of cakes, easy to park or just to stroll along after a dog walk. Such a warm welcome from the staff!

Full disclosure, I know the owner, but a ton of passion has gone into this place. SideWalk's goal is to roast and brew the best coffee ever, and IMO they are doing a fantastic job (much better than a lot of the pretentious, light-roast, undrinkably sour, third wave coffee places I've been to). Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.
